VP/Head of Sales

Location: Remote

Hours: Part time (10-20 hours/week)

Contract: Consulting agreement, Equity based

As the VP of Sales, you will be the pioneer of our sales team and will play a critical role in shaping the direction of VendueTech's sales strategy. You will define the vision for the sales department, lead its establishment, and drive revenue growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with other departments to build a scalable, high-performing sales function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the sales strategy and roadmap for VendueTech, establishing best practices and a high-performing team culture.
  • Lead and develop the sales function, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and team development.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and forecasts, establishing KPIs to track success.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

CRM, Sales Analytics Platforms, Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a track record of building and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build and execute a sales strategy that aligns with VendueTech’s business goals.
  • Proven success in revenue growth and expanding market reach.nships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and data-driven sales techniques.

As a fully remote team, we are looking for someone who has experience working in a remote setting and can effectively maintain project timelines and deadlines. You will need to foster strong communication habits, keeping stakeholders and team members informed and engaged through digital channels, and work efficiently across time zones.
