As the VP of Marketing at VendueTech, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and building the marketing team from the ground up. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product adoption. You will also play a key role in expanding the company's digital presence and market reach in the real estate auction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute VendueTech’s marketing strategy, including brand development, lead generation, customer acquisition, and product marketing.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and empowering team members.
- Create a clear and cohesive brand message across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and adoption.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
- Oversee the creation of content, social media, email marketing, paid media, and PR strategies.
- Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure VendueTech remains competitive in the market.
Tools & Platforms:Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, SEMrush, Social Media Management Tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, including building and scaling marketing teams.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, product marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
- Ability to define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Experience with data-driven marketing and performance analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire a growing marketing team.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.anies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tech, AI, or real estate industries.
- Familiarity with SaaS marketing and B2B/B2C strategies.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, ideally in a startup or growth-phase company.
