Hours: Part time (10-20 hours/week)

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our lean People team. You'll be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across various business functions that are crucial for our company's success. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about building high-performing marketing, sales, operations, and G&A teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse portfolio of non-technical roles (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Design).
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to deeply understand needs of each business area, and ideal candidate.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, professional associations, etc.).
  • Conduct comprehensive initial interviews to assess experience, soft skills, cultural alignment, and motivation.
  • Manage candidate expectations and provide a seamless, positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules with candidates and multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System 
  • Participate in ad-hoc TA projects as needed to improve processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on non-technical roles, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates across various business functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), active listening skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a part-time capacity.
  • Strong understanding of how different non-tech functions contribute to overall company success.

As a fully remote team, we are looking for someone who has experience working in a remote setting and can effectively maintain project timelines and deadlines. You will need to foster strong communication habits, keeping stakeholders and team members informed and engaged through digital channels, and work efficiently across time zones.
