Real Estate Agent - Sales role

Location: Remote

Hours: Part time (10-20 hours/week)

Contract: Consulting agreement, Equity based

As a Real Estate Digital Agent at VendueTech, you will drive sales and customer engagement in the real estate sector. You will leverage technology to digitally connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer real estate solutions. Your role will be critical in growing our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via digital channels (email, chat, video, etc.) and assist in their real estate needs.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored real estate solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and manage leads, sales pipelines, and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through various digital marketing strategies.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, real estate regulations, and competitors.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.

Tools:
CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, ClickUp, Discord

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital real estate sales or property management.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and trends.

You will need to foster strong communication habits, keeping stakeholders and team members informed and engaged through digital channels, and work efficiently across time zones.
