We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You’ll be a vital part of our growing Engineering Team, collaborating closely to build and optimise everything from intuitive front-end interfaces to scalable, high-performance backend services as we build our core product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js).
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Work closely with product and design teams to translate concepts into compelling end-to-end features.
- Develop and maintain data models and queries in PostgreSQL.
- Manage and evolve infrastructure on AWS, optionally using Terraform.
- Optimize and maintain data processing workflows using Pandas and PySpark.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making across the full stack.
- Take ownership and initiative, helping to shape the future of our tech stack from front to back
Requirements:
- 1–5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience building interactive web applications using React.js
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building APIs (FastAPI or similar).
- Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform is a plus
- Exposure to data processing tools like Pandas and PySpark
- A self-starter mindset: you’re resourceful, eager to learn, and thrive with autonomy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Bonus Points
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Prior experience at a startup or on a small, high-impact engineering team
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech projects
