Ivan Livić presented at the Data Science Conference in Zagreb

When Jelena Joksimovic and our founder and CEO Ivan Livić presented at the Data Science Conference in Zagreb in Q2, they got praised from an audience it was the best keynote they've heard. It got me thinking why that might be the case. It's likely that it's because in VendueTech are trying to solve the real work complex problem, that almost any adult can relate to - buying a house/apartment/land/garage, but not overpaying it, getting trapped in decades of banks loans, and wasting many months (even years) of searching for the right property, traveling across country, paying "experts" such as lawyers, real estate agents, and other advisors. And to shine light onto the complex and non-transparent judiciary auction sales, which are often sold with discounts over 60%.

We believe in transparency, universal data access, open policies and technology. That's Ivan is using his insights from using trading applications for past 15 years, and startup development to build multiple products that would help real estate investors (both retail and institutional; both unsophisticated and advanced).

Why wouldn't getting the right data in the right time be as easy as selecting, analysing the stock market, index funds, or crypto assets?
