The Pilot Program in Málaga
The LOI, signed on June 12, 2025, defines a two-month pilot across three Engel & Völkers branches in Málaga. It will involve:
- Deployment of Bidsale.eu for real-time distressed property auction management.
- Onboarding and training of six Engel & Völkers professionals.
- Close collaboration with the Madrid-based IT department to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitoring and feedback loops to evaluate user experience, platform performance, and scalability.
This pilot will act as a Proof of Concept (PoC) for introducing Bidsale.eu not only across Spain but also potentially into Engel & Völkers’ German operations, where the company has its headquarters and one of its largest markets.
