Senior TA Specialist/ TA Manager

Location: Remote

Hours: Part time (10-20 hours/week)

Contract: Consulting agreement, Equity based

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior TA Specialist/ TA Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and secure top-tier talent. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for sourcing motivated professionals ready to thrive in a start-up environment driven by sweat equity. You will play a key role in shaping VendueTech's future by building a team passionate about transforming the real estate tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Recruitment Strategy: Create a recruitment strategy tailored to a start-up environment focused on equity-based compensation.
  • Source & Engage Talent: Identify, screen, and engage candidates who align with VendueTech’s mission and are motivated by sweat equity opportunities.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, effectively communicating VendueTech’s unique value proposition and equity-based compensation model.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a ready-to-scale talent pipeline.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Applicant Tracking & Management: Lead the optimization and management of in-house recruitment tools.
  • Sourcing Platforms: LinkedIn and niche job boards.
  • Collaboration Tools: Discord, Teams, Figma.
  • Analytics Tools: Use metrics to track recruitment performance and refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in recruiting, especially in start-up or high-growth environments.
  • Talent Identification: Exceptional ability to identify and engage motivated professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain non-traditional compensation models such as sweat equity.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Strong capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about building high-impact teams for mission-oriented companies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for equity-based roles or alternative compensation models.
  • Knowledge of real estate tech or SaaS industries.
  • Success in scaling recruitment strategies within start-ups.
  • Familiarity with international hiring and remote team dynamics.

As a fully remote team, we are looking for someone who has experience working in a remote setting and can effectively maintain project timelines and deadlines. You will need to foster strong communication habits, keeping stakeholders and team members informed and engaged through digital channels, and work efficiently across time zones.
