VendueTech didn’t start with a pitch deck. It started with a problem.
Our CEO, Ivan Livić, was trying to buy a property for his family back home in Croatia while working in Singapore. What should’ve taken weeks dragged into months. Auctions were scattered. Legal steps buried in PDFs. No transparency, no standard process, just bureaucracy that made action near-impossible.
“It took me more than 20 steps and almost a year to close one deal. That’s when I realised: this system isn’t broken. It was never built for us.” So, he teamed up with childhood friend and fellow engineer Marin Mastilica. Together, they started mapping what was missing, court data, legal logic, advisor access, and built the tool they wished existed.
